This program is a multi-layered exploration to awaken the feminine within. This process can restore health, self-esteem, self-confidence, ease, and equanimity and reverses self-destructive thinking and behaviors, which can lead to illness and disease. When the feminine awakens within us, pangs of pain, trauma, confusion, unworthiness, and self-doubt are shaken up, opening the portal to deep healing and embodied living. The heart and soul are unconditionally overflowing our feminine presence into every facet of our lives.
We begin by envisioning the Goddess as she yearns to express herself through us. We open the wellspring of our power source. Once the waters are ignited, the energy of the feminine spirals into every cell of our bodies. We seal this potent, subtle and revitalized feminine force. The Goddess is activated and we are free.

The Compassionate Warrior Within~
A Sacred Dance Journey with Miriam Peretz

Miriam Peretz is a life-long dancer devoted to creating transformational experiences for her students and audiences worldwide. Over the past twenty years her signature dance style has spread across continents through her dance collective Nava, and through the intensive training she offers internationally. Miriam’s unique style draws heavily on Central Asian dance, devotional whirling practices, and sacred dance rituals from around the world. Miriam’s work consistently weaves dance with embodied spirituality and devotion, drawing on her personal practice as a dervish and background as a child of Jewish mystics. Miriam’s love of dance has led her on a life long journey in search for ways to use the arts as a bridge between people of different backgrounds and spiritual traditions. She sees dance as a uniquely powerful means of expressing deep emotion and spiritual yearning, and therefore the perfect embodiment of prayer.

Compassion is the quintessential quality of the Divine. Compassion is known as the supreme emotion to the Dalai Lama. The Hebrew, Arabic, and Farsi languages all recognize the deep significance of compassion being central to life and to the feminine. The word womb (rehem) shares the same root as compassion (rahma) in all three languages. Compassion is rooted in empathy but there is the added step of not only recognizing another’s suffering, but a yearning to alleviate the suffering of another. Compassion involves a multifaceted tapestry of embodied gestures. In this workshop, we will explore how we can first cultivate an embodied awareness of compassion within our own being, and then look at how our movements and gestures can bring this consciousness out into the world. The dances will be like movement “mantras” to deepen our ability to channel the Compassionate Warrior Within each of us.

Elina (Esther Malka) Naseck is the founder of Woman of Valor Community, a flourishing, supportive and inspiring community for women. She has been a Transformational Coach for over 20 years and a writer since she first picked up a pencil. She facilitates healing experiences for women in the areas of relationships, transitions, self-love, creative expression, and soul purpose. Elina is a practitioner of many disciplines ~ yoga, pranayama, meditation, Logotherapy, Dream Analysis, Kabbalah / Jewish Mysticism and Sufi Spiritual Healing. Elina's mission is to awaken the Feminine essence within, so women’s lives can flourish in melody and dance, love and awe, majesty and mystery. Her vision is that one day women from around the world will encircle the planet, sculpting a vessel for the Divine Feminine, the quintessential Woman of Valor, to dwell in their midst, impregnating our planet with Her Love, Grace and Beauty.

At the essence of the feminine lies the force that sustains the universe, the force of Love. Even though songs, films and poems have tried to encapsulate love into words, scenes or chords, its true source is infinite. Love resides within the depth of our hearts and souls and when we access the deeper dimensions of our beings, our entire universe is infused with and surrounded by love. Unfortunately, our hearts have been broken numerous times, weakening the golden chord that connects us to the Ultimate Unconditional Love. This workshop will bring us back into union with the essence of that love, so that regardless of our life's circumstances, we can swim in the sea of its glorious gifts. We turn our gaze inward into the heart to reveal all the treasures we have been seeking all along.

A Journey Through the Tree of Life

One of the greatest innovations of Kabbalah was the introduction of the Divine Feminine forces of Creation. This workshop will explore how each of the essences of the Tree of Life within the Kabbalistic framework correlate to the timeless Feminine Archetypes. By reclaiming our Feminine Archetypes, we will individually and collectively rebuild our feminine power within and throughout the world. Through art, meditation, writing and reflection, we will explore the Feminine Archetypes which guide us to become our Higher Selves, creating a sanctuary for the feminine to illuminate Herself in the world.
